2. Services & Disclaimer

All services provided by Bobbi Vogel are intuitive, energy-based guidance intended to support personal growth, clarity, and healing. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own well-being and decision-making.

3. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments: All sessions, mentorships, and offerings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Refunds: Sessions are non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or completed services.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Mentorship Commitments: The 3- and 6-month mentorship programs require full commitment. Early termination does not result in a refund, and payments must be completed as agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and teachings shared by Bobbi Vogel, including written materials, meditations, videos, and session recordings, remain the intellectual property of Bobbi Vogel. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose these materials without explicit permission.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in sessions is strictly confidential. However, if there is a concern for self-harm or harm to others, appropriate action may be taken in accordance with ethical and legal obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bobbi Vogel and her associates shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or experiences resulting from the use of her Services. All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in Long Beach, CA.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, formal legal action will take place in the courts of Long Beach, CA.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
